"carving the building into the layer of landscape as a Hidden Gem"
Driven by the architect’s “Carve & Craft” concept, the building is designed to resemble carved layers, revealing a transition of materials from the exterior to the interior. The landscape design serves as the final, innermost layer. Tucked away like a “Hidden Gem,” it embodies core elements such as lush greenery, natural craftsmanship, a secret sanctuary, and an environment dedicated to health and well-being.
ARRIVAL COURT
Due to the site’s compact size, green space is limited. To maximize its impact, the design strategically introduces a welcoming green pocket at the entrance. This greenery then wraps around all sides of the building, forming an immersive arrival tunnel that guides visitors into the project.
GREEN CLIFF
Emerging from the arrival tunnel, guests are welcomed into an inner courtyard that serves as an open light well. The prominent facing facade is designed as a “green cliff,” a vertical landscape that seamlessly connects the ground-level greenery to the sky above.
MINERAL POOL
On the 8th floor, the pool area is designed as an all-season oasis dedicated to health and wellness. It offers a restorative environment where residents can unwind and experience the rejuvenating qualities of a natural mineral bath
